dormakaba offers to authorized partner and customers access to our technical Support Portal. The Support Portal enables you to open technical requests, report technical product problems and to monitor the status till complete resolution.
In order to use the Support Portal you need to be registered. If you haven't registered yet, please follow the procedure below:
- 1. Click the button "Register".
- 2. Fill in the form and click "Submit".
- 3. You will get an email with an activation link. Click on the link and follow the instructions.
